Kelly Clarkson was an American singer/songwriter that became the American sweetheart after she was crowned American Idol in the first season. Not only was she pushed into the spotlight by her victory, but she also signed an agreement to record multiple albums in the company of RCA Records 19 Recordings & "S Records. Since then, she has released numerous recordings from her studio. Three have reached the US Billboard 200 charts while the other two were only a hair away. She is considered one of many of the most popular American Idol artists. She started to explore themes and songs after her fame increased. Her work was praised by critics and numerous prestigious awards for her individuality and vocal talent. She has been awarded Grammy Awards three times. Grammy Award 3 times. Alongside her music career, she also has had a stint in TV and film. She also wrote the kids' novel River Rose and the Magical Lullaby and is involved with a number of charities.
