Anya Taylor-Joy

Anya Taylor Joy, a half-English and half-Spanish woman, was born April 16, 1996 in Miami Florida. The mother of Dennis Alan Taylor, a ex-bank executive, and Jennifer Marina Joy, a psychologist, is Anya Taylor-Joy. Her father is Argentine with Scottish-English heritage. Her mother is Spanish-English. Taylor Joy has four siblings. One of them is at each one of their parents' prior marriages. They lived in Buenos Aires up until Taylor-Joy aged 6 and later moving to Victoria district of London. According to Taylor-Joy, the relocation was difficult and she refused to master English with the intention of returning to Argentina. Her school had to change from Northlands to Hill House. In the following year, she joined Queen's Gate School to study ballet and act in productions of the school. At the age of sixteen, Taylor-Joy resigned from the school to focus her full-time acting career. Taylor-Joy's desire to be an actor began at a young, age. Sarah Doukas of Storm Management was the very first model to hire her as a professional model.
